Agnona, a luxury fashion brand part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, is looking for a Sales Assistant to be based in our boutique based in Albemarle, London.

We are looking for an extrovert, enthusiast, smart and welcoming professional, who can transform the store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience.

As Sales Assistant, he/she will have to engage the customers in the discovery of our heritage and value of elegant luxury, through passion, storytelling.


S/he will be primarily responsible for:

  • Contribute to the store revenue achievement by increasing his/her own performance and sales KPIs such as cross-selling ratio, ATV, UPT, etc
  • Providing memorable luxury client experience, in accordance with the inputs coming from the Store Manager and the HQ
  • Anticipating customers’ needs and act accordingly to exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrating entrepreneurial mindset in the selling process, promoting new products and the vision of Agnona as a fresh, new, luxury fashion brand
  • Consistently and effectively attracting new customers and developing a customer database



  • Genuine passion for selling
  • Proven record on consistently taking actions to improve customer service
  • Outstanding relational attitude
  • Past experience in retail (both Luxury Retail and high street brands)
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent English. Chinese and Arabic as additional languages will be considered a plus
