Sustain leadership SOV within the Men’s and Unisex luxury fashion categor
Enhance Zegna’s digital presence with a digital and mobile first mentality
Continuously drive for innovation to improve the performance on owned E-commerce website through seasonal and always-on campaigns
Job responsibilities

­     Develop annual advertising plan with clear KPIs defined to support the GCR business goals

­     Work closely with HQ on a glo-cal paid marketing strategy and  implement global tracking tools in local campaigns

­     Analyze performance from different campaigns to generate insights and suggest actions for continuous improvement

­     Work closely with local agency in identifying the latest market trend, competitive landscape, latest innovative paid marketing approach that can be shared with HQ timely in soliciting plan adjustment

­     Connect and liaise with key publishers and media vendors incl. print, OOH & digital, on getting the best media resources thus best ROI

­     Connect with key landlords in securing prime OOH spots that build brand awareness at premium shopping malls

­     Generate regular and customized reports with the help of agency to update delivery status with HQ timely

­     Actively integrate paid marketing plan with local PR, digital and social team in driving a 360 amplification plan

­     Manage annual advertising and paid marketing budget and ensure continuous improvement on efficiency

Candidate's profile

 -  Minimum 8 years of media planning with focus on digital/programmatic in international advertising agency or brand

 -  Solid experience in planning digital and mobile first but also traditional media i.e. print & OOH advertising  

 - Strong Experience/knowledge of China market and latest market trend on digital esp. wechat innovation is a must

 -  Hands on planning and execution experience in performance marketing including programmatic with experience in pitching with new clients

 -  Strong analytical, proactive problem solving, trouble shooting skills.

 - Strong partnership established with key media and publishers in China market

­- Understanding on China digital media landscape with knowledge on local DMP, DSP vendors and experience with global ad platforms like Google Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics etc

 -  Interpersonal skills involving teamwork and internal / external communication, and ability to reach consensus and move team and projects forward

­- Objective and result orientated, Open-minded, Curious, creative with good marketing and business sense

 - Able to work independently, Third-party agency management experience
