Position's Scope:

In staff into Retail Operations team and under Retail Operations Manager leadership, the applicant plays a key role to drive change and manage projects, which enhance customer experience and overall Retail Operations. Communication capability and proficiency with local peculiarities in each Greater China Markets will be beneficial to the role.

Job responsibilities

-       To develop, implement, evolve and maintain in store procedures, by finding the right balance between risks prevention and the best possible customer delight in store.

-       To ensure efficient management of back of houses.

-       To establish efficient, consistent and well structured communication with stakeholders

-       To plan, prioritize and drive the roll out of the many innovative retail initiatives such as but not limited to: in store digital tools; revised merchandise flow in store and movements between stores and warehouse; centralization of non-merchandise materials; store staff refocus from back office activities to front customers experiences.

-       To continue reinforcing high standards of ethics and accountability.

-       To have in place mechanism of control, which ensure accountability, rewards, punishments when it comes to in store compliance (store audits; control tools; reporting).

Candidate's profile

-       5 years retail operations experience in Greater China Markets, in well-structured and customer centric organizations

-       Demonstrated experience in project management

-       Proficiency in written and spoken English and Simplified Chinese. Italian and Cantonese are a plus

-       Ability to plan, organizing, prioritize

-       Team work

-       Adaptability and flexibility

-       Proactivity to bring forward improvements which go towards Zegna brand strategy

-       Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both within the market and with headquarter, with all stakeholders
