JOB TITLE: Campaign Coordinator


                                                           BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Campaign Coordinator will be key in assisting in the successful delivery of the global marketing campaigns at Zegna.



  • Process: Lead global calendar management and process of all campaigns globally to ensure flawless execution of global and local campaigns. They will lead on briefs, research, planning and monitoring roll out for all campaigns. The person will be responsible for maintaining the campaign flow process at Zegna.


  • Markets: Key market liaison on calendar management, campaign coordination and project updates. They will have scheduled meetings with the markets and act as a key liaison also back to HQ on local marketing activities/campaigns.


  • Budget & Agencies: They will manage the budget and report on overspend on content marketing campaigns. E.g Milan fashion week show to tactical commercial launches. They will be responsible for managing agencies and key 3rd parties related to relevant marketing projects. They will also brief and oversee the work and daily flow of these partners.


  • Strategic Planning Support: They will support the Head of Brand Marketing and Innovation with preparation of relevant materials related to key internal meetings or events e.g. product marketing calendar reviews, bi-annual marketing summit, seasonal merchandising planning, sales conferences etc.


  • Support – Insights and Research: They will support the Head of Brand Marketing and Innovation with research, ideation and planning for upcoming projects and strategy meetings.  They will collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. They will keep abreast of current trends in marketing.



Internal:  Content Factory (creative, production and brand marketing) and also closely with Omnichannel, PR, Events, Advertising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Experience, Design Teams and CRM.

Key business partners: Production, Creative, Omnichannel, Social Media, PR, VIP & Influencer, Events and markets (priority: China).

Key Experiences
