Position's Scope:
Job responsibilities

Ÿ   To manage and handle the correspondence for President and provide administrative and secretarial services

Ÿ   To plan, organize and coordinate business travel for President to destinations worldwide, including itinerary planning, logistics arrangements, etc.

Ÿ   To coordinate regular executive management team meetings, including meeting agenda, meeting minutes and follow ups

Ÿ   To liaison with external business partners for meetings, activities and events

Ÿ   To provide local supports to important visitors/events, such as HQ visitors, etc.

Ÿ   To handle confidential information/documents per needed

Ÿ   To participate in ad hoc research and business projects

Ÿ   Other ad-hoc tasks per President

Candidate's profile

Ÿ   Bachelor degree qualification essential with at least 5 years as executive assistant to senior management

Ÿ   Excellent written and spoken English essential

Ÿ   Experience with executive travel and event planning

Ÿ   High level of integrity, good working attitude and sense of confidentiality

Ÿ   Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ÿ   Good capability in multi-task and sense of business acumen

Ÿ   Computing proficiency with Windows, Excel and Powerpoint

Ÿ   High energy personality and with service-oriented mindset

Ÿ   Experience in fashion retail industry is preferable
