For our licensing department, we are looking for a Junior Licensing Specialist Intern. Collaborate with internal and external parties to meet defined sales targets and develop excellent project management and negotiation skills. R: Job responsibilities You will: Establish a close relationship to the Licensee and support the Global Licensing Manager in the day by day business Work with each licensing partner to ensure annual sales growth; Monitor adherence to contractual obligations for each licensee; Monitor seasonal product development and define calendar and process; Partner with Marketing (ADV, PR, Events, Digital) to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives; Monitor retail and wholesale sales as well as stock levels and track financial performance; Collaborate with various internal functions like, Style Team, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning, Retail Experience or Zegna School to guarantee a seamless integration of the Licensing products in the world of Zegna Support Zegna markets in the buying of Licensing products Develop training materials to transmit product knowledge to our customer Develop launch and distribution plans/calendars for new products Carry out Competitive analyses Candidate's profile We’re looking for someone who has the following characteristics: Motived by results and driven enough to achieve them, Excellent time and process management abilities, Strong verbal and written communication skills; Open mindset and team-player attitude Strong analytical skills and strong expertise in MS Power Point and Excel At least 1 year of experience in a Licensing Department; Fluent English is a must, Italian or other languages a plus.
