BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Promote the development of a customer centric culture within retail identifying learning needs.  Create, plan and manage learning programs to enhance retail people capabilities, with a focus on clienteling, selling skills and product knowledge.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-    Identifying learning needs through job analysis, surveys, market research and consultation with retail managers 
-    To work with subject matter experts to develop customized training contents
-    Coordination of all parties involved in the process 
-    Create tools and procedures for consistent deployment across markets 
-    Facilitate workshops and ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions 
-    Monitor training effectiveness trough assigned KPIs and metrics 
-    Work in partnership with instructional designers for eLearning programs development  
-    Manage the roll-out of e-learning programs globally (tracking and reporting via LMS)
-    Supporting the budgeting process

Key Experience: 
At least 3-4 years in retail training on a worldwide scale

Education: University Degree

Languages: Fluent English, both spoken and written
