As a NY Office Logistics Supervisor for Zegna, you oversee all sample movement in and out of the Showroom, managing inventory levels to serve the office’s logistics needs and ensure inventory integrity. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role will also support some logistic needs of our 57th Street store location.



  • Receive and process all incoming boxes, garments, samples
  • Moving stock in between the different floors of the NY Office and 57th Street Store location
  • Picking, filling and packaging orders from stock
  • Process and support all shipping needs
  • Maintain organization of the stockroom in the NY warehouse
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, loading area, and workstations neat; complying with all company procedures, policies, and regulations
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing projects and tasks as needed



  • Is passionate and open-minded
  • Ability to self-learn and self-develop
  • Minimum one-year related experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, AS400 preferred
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
