Position's Scope

The Office Logistics Coordinator will oversee all sample movement in and out of the Showroom, managing inventory levels to serve the office's logistics needs and ensure inventory integrity.  This position will support the Showroom and 57th Street locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing of incoming boxes and garments.
  • Moving stock in betwween the different floors of the building.
  • Picking and filling orders from stock.
  • Packing and shipping orders.
  • Organizing stock in the warehouse
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, loading area, and workstations neat: complying ith procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomlishing related results as needed.

Candidate's Profile

  • Minimum of one year related experience in a simlar role.
  • Prior experience with a luxury brand is desired.
  • Proficiency in Excel, AS400 preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow through skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well with a team.
