As a Quality and Production Associate for Zegna, you will aid in ensuring the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards. The Quality and Production Coordinator understands the customer's needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.


Reporting directly to the Director of Operations this role will be supporting and participating in all the internal/external audits.


The Coordinator role at Ermenegildo Zegna stands at the very center of our organization and will aid in continuing the authenticity, growth, and longevity of our Brand.



  • Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
  • Monitor operations to ensure that standards adhere to Zegna store operations policies and procedures
  • Conduct inline and final quality inspections by testing a certain percentage of all products based on QIS standards
  • Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
  • Report inspection and test data to the management prior to every incoming/outgoing shipment
  • Ensure on-site that the production plan is being executed timely by all partners in order to achieve the delivery plan while keeping accurate documentation
  • Report the order in progress situation weekly
  • Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines



  • 4+ years’ in quality/production assurance position in the garment business
  • Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good communication skill: Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
  • Should understand regulatory compliance
  • Spanish speaker preferred (bilingualism in English and Spanish).
