Position Description:

The Retail Operations Administrator will support all Stores within Zegna’s US Retail Divison, both Boutiques and Outlets in all aspects of Store administration and operations.

The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Review stores’ branded packaging usage and ensure central warehouse packaging inventory meets minimum levels
  • Assist with invoice management for stores’ expenses
  • Ensure stores process required inventory movements for declined ecommerce order fulfillment
  • Coordinate international and wholesale store transfers
  • Schedule year-end and mid-year physical inventories for stores
  • Perform onsite audits of store physical inventories
  • Monitor MTM Receiving timing to ensure in line with HQ policy
  • Coordinate retail price changes
  • Facilitate third-party vendor work – janitorial, security and tailor shop – for stores
  • Create retail tools seasonally for stores
  • Coordinate fulfillment of miscellaneous store supplies from third-party vendors and HQ
  • Provide functional support to stores on the register and the alteration management system
  • Assist with analysis for stores’ tailor shop performance
  • Support preparation for new store openings; Occasionally, onsite support may be required
  • Enforce and update Retail Operations policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year related administrative or retail experience, preferably within the luxury goods industry
  • Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
  • Advanced computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and focus on details and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
