Position's Scope

The Wholesale Coordinator plays a key role in driving and managing business on the US Wholesale Sales team. The Wholesale Coordinator is a critical member of the commercial group and serves as the liaison between three critical functions of the wholesale business: Sales, Financial Planning and Customer Service. Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote and communication and presentation skills is a must.  

Job Responsibilities

Sales

  • Work effectively with Account Executives and Buyers during showroom appointments in order to facilitate efficient appointments.
  • Support sales teams/buyers with appointment notes and swatch/scan selections.
  • Manage sales tools (binders, sales books, boards, cancel lists, etc.) in order to keep them up to date with collection status.
  • Coordinate showroom set-up and maintenance with VM.
  • Local store visits – Weekly visits to major NY accounts in order to collect product feedback and monitor visual merchandising.
  • Partner with AEs to manage web sample shipments for all US Dept. Stores

Wholesale Financial Planning

  • Reporting assistance – coordinate account sales data and run weekly cross-channel sales reports, such as:
    • North American topline sell out report
    • US Major Dept. seasonal selling report
    • Replenishment sell-out report
    • US Ecommerce sales report
  • Data management
    • Zegna Database maintenance
    • Sales forecasts data entry
  • Customer Service
  • Order entry support
  • Seasonal product and sample delivery tracking
  • PO management
  • Monitor availability of past season and back up merchandise in various EZCO warehouses

Candidate's Profile

  • Relevant work experience and exposure to Sales, Financial Planning and Customer Service.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
